Main Transmission Component Types

Gear Assemblies

Helical gears (20-150 teeth, GB 10-11 Class precision), spur gears (25-200 teeth, GB 9-10 Class), bevel gears (45°-90° cone angle), and planetary gears. All feature carburized and hardened surfaces (HRC58-62) for superior wear resistance and durability in manual and automatic transmissions.

Drive Shafts

Hollow drive shafts (Φ30-Φ100mm) and solid shafts (Φ20-Φ80mm) manufactured from 40Cr and 27SiMn alloy steel with ±0.01-0.02mm precision and G2.5 dynamic balancing. Torque capacity: 100-500Nm for front-wheel drive, rear-wheel drive, and all-wheel-drive vehicles.

Clutch Assemblies

Pressure plates (Φ200-Φ350mm) with 8-10 springs generating 1500-3000N force, friction plates with ceramic or phenolic materials rated for 200-600℃, and clutch housings in ductile iron or aluminum alloy. Precision: ±0.05mm for manual and wet dual-clutch applications.

Synchronizer Assemblies

Synchronizer rings (Φ50-Φ130mm) with brass material and 10°-15° cone angle for smooth gear engagement, and synchronizer hubs (Φ60-Φ150mm) with 6-12 teeth. Precision: ±0.01-0.02mm with friction coefficient 0.15-0.25 for reliable manual transmission operation.

Bearing Housings

Needle bearing housings and tapered roller bearing housings in ductile iron or aluminum alloy, precision ±0.05-0.1mm, providing support and alignment for transmission shafts and gears.

Transmission Housings

Cast iron housings (wall thickness 6-12mm, precision ±0.2mm) and aluminum alloy housings (wall thickness 4-8mm, precision ±0.15mm) for manual, automatic, and continuously variable transmissions with excellent thermal management.
